COURT-APPROVED PROTOCOL LIMITS CLAIMS FOR FAMILY MEMBERS ATTENDING HCV MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS – SEPT 2024

The Courts have recently approved a protocol that limits the claims for a family member attending a medical appointment with an HCV Infected Person.  The benefit will now only be payable for certain types and number of medical appointments based on the disease level of the HCV Infected Person.
